I’m sure you’ve heard me talk about my favorite nutrient-packed super smoothies, but they really are my go-to morning meal (and for good reason!). They’re filling, they’re blood sugar balancing for balanced energy, mood, hunger and cravings- and they’re delicious and portable, to boot. Today I want to share five of my favorite simple and delicious combinations, with you!

Favorite Super Smoothie #1: The PB&J
Who doesn’t like a good PB + J? This is my daughter’s go-to, as well! PB + J Super Smoothie
1 cup milk of choice1 handful spinach1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1 scoop vanilla protein powder1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter

Chocolate-covered Cherry Super Smoothie1 cup milk of choice1 large handful spinach1/2 cup frozen cherries1 scoop chocolate protein powder1 tbsp cocoa or raw cacao powder1 tbsp almond or cashew butter

Favorite Super Smoothie #3: Strawberry Coconut
This one really should be called strawberries n’ cream– but the coconut itself lends a nice flavor, on top of a really nice creaminess. Strawberry Coconut Super Smoothie 1 cup full-fat coconut milk1 handful spinach3/4 cup frozen strawberries1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
