    Love this recipe! Made it twice and it’s great!! I put the sauce in a pan and let it simmer while the chicken cooked, then followed the recipe and added it to the chicken pan. I think it would take too long to reduce otherwise.

      So glad you enjoyed it! If you use a large enough pan as indicated in the recipe, it won’t take long to reduce at all (larger surface area = more space for evaporation!). But either way works as long as it all comes together in the end!
