Ingredients

1–2 heads broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1-2 tbsp oil (I love using sesame for sesame broccoli, but avocado, olive or coconut oil will do too!)
sea salt or kosher salt, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 370. Spray air fryer with cooking spray (I use Chosen Foods avocado oil spray) and preheat for 2 minutes.
2. Toss broccoli with enough oil to coat. Generously season with salt and garlic powder and toss to combine.
3. Add broccoli to tray in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, tossing once halfway. Serve with sesame seeds on top (if making sesame seed broccoli), or as-is!
