Ingredients
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or greek yogurt- see recipe notes)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp grainy dijon mustard (like maille or trader joe’s)
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (don’t skimp!)
Salad:
1 stalk celery, diced small
heaping 1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups (about 3 breasts), diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
Instructions

- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

- Add remaining ingredients, mix well and serve. Stores in fridge for up to 4 days.
