Navigating digestive issues can be beyond difficult (not to mention embarrassing). As I shared in my personal episode a couple weeks ago, the road to healing can be long and winding and it can be intimidating to know even where to start when it comes to healing digestive health issues. Should I see a doctor, a dietitian? Should I change what I eat? Is there anything else I can do?I asked the IBS dietitian herself, digestive health and FODMAP expert Charlyn Ooi to come on and share with us where to start when it comes to healing digestive issues in a balanced way- that still includes enjoying food! We get right into the poop talk in this one, and we are ALL about breaking the stigma and helping more women find health and healing.
