Mornings can be hectic- but breakfast doesn’t have to be! There are so many easy and healthy options for quick, on-the-go- or getting started with school- mornings. Here are seven of my favorites (five of which are freezer-friendly as well!)! Here’s to an easier morning, mama!
Option 1: Freezer Waffles (freezer-friendly)
Leggo my… homemade freezer waffles! These are my kids’ favorites, hands down! We make them with blueberries, chocolate chips, or just plain… with lots of maple syrup (my kids do have Canadian blood, after all!)

Option 2: Egg Cups
These are the OG quick grab-and-go breakfast, in our house! We make egg cups, or egg muffins every which way- broccoli cheddar and classic pepper and onion are our favorites!

Option 3: Breakfast Wraps (freezer-friendly)
I‘ve also professed my love for the Starbucks breakfast wraps– but making them at home and freezing them is (almost as) easy– and just as delicious! Get the spinach, feta and sun dried tomato recipe here.
Option 4: Muffins (freezer-friendly)
Who doesn’t love a good muffin? I love to pair a muffin with some scrambled eggs or a small smoothie to make it more filling- they’re also delicious when you slather them with some nut butter (or butter-butter, too!).Here are a few favorites:

Option 5: Breakfast Quesadillas (freezer-friendly)
We have been ALL about breakfast quesadillas, as of late! They’re so easy to make a batch to reheat throughout the week (they work great in the freezer, as well!).

Option 6: Smoothie bags (freezer friendly)
I love a good smoothie bag as a pour-and-go quick breakfast option! I’ll make a few during my meal prep time at the beginning of the week and pull them out as needed. I love adding protein powder and some nut milk and we’re good to go with an easy morning meal.
Option 7: Yogurt Parfait Jars
In a small mason jar, layer 1/3 cup greek yogurt of choice, top with 1/3 cup chopped fruit + 2-4 tbsp granola (double for grown-ups). Cover and let sit in fridge. Add honey or maple syrup in the morning if desired.
