We’re doing something a little different, this month– as I’m spending the majority of the month recipe testing, I’ve curated meal plans for the entire month using some of my absolute favorite summer family recipes. These plans are designed to be versatile, family-friendly, budget-conscious (and delicious!)- exactly how we plan and execute meal plans for our own family!
Here’s Week 2! Reminder: to leave room for flexibility, I only plan for five days- the other two are leftovers, takeout or easy throw-together meals!

Prep tip: Chop up another sweet potato and roast it up while you’re cooking the fries for the salmon salad!
