8–10 slices bacon
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with a wire cooling rack (preferred for best results) or parchment paper.
- Place bacon on rack, leaving a small amount of space in between each slice (do not overlap/crowd).
- Place bacon in a cold oven and heat to 400F.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes (no flipping needed!) or until crispy (check after 15 minutes- every oven is different!).
- Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
