Ingredients

1 pizza dough
mozzarella cheese, as needed
pizza sauce or pesto
flour to avoid sticking
toppings- as desired (we like pancetta ‘ornaments’- olives, tomatoes, pepperoni and more all work well!)
Instructions
1. Remove dough from fridge 15-20 minutes before making pizza.
2. Preheat oven to 425 and flour workspace.
3. Roll dough, cut or use a cookie cutter to cut into desired shapes (dip the cooking cutter into flour to avoid sticking) and place on baking sheet, about 2″ apart (they will puff up, be careful to not over-top!).
4. Top as desired. Bake 12-50 minutes until golden around the edges and enjoy!
