Food freedom is a never ending journey- but it is one that changes and evolves over time. I left the world of chronic dieting, fitness competitions and disordered eating once and for all back in 2016- determined to find freedom with food and learn what balance means to me- and it’s been a journey of learning, self exploration and discovery (to say the least). In honor of 200 episodes of the Healthy Balanced Mama Podcast, I’m taking it all the way back and sharing how my journey and experience of food freedom has changed and evolved, five years later.
