These spiced sweet potato fries come together quickly in the air fryer and made a great easy dinner side for burgers, pulled pork sandwiches and more!
We have been using our air fryer more and more for easy meals and sides. These sweet potato fries are super easy and absolutely delicious- the perfect quick weeknight side!
Tips for using the air fryer:
Dry your food well- this will prevent excess steam from forming, preventing browning.
Though typically designed to be nonstick, you still want to spray your air fryer with cooking spray (I use Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray)
Don’t overcrowd! Just like with roasting, over-crowding will prevent browning. Don’t overcrowd for the crispiest result!
Shake halfway. Most air fryers will prompt you to shake or flip your food halfway- though this is typically recommended for best browning (like with air fryer vegetables)- follow recipe instructions.

1/4 tsp smoked paprika
