Ingredients
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Frank’s red hot or Buffalo sauce (more to make it spicier!)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
pinch salt
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 1/2 cups pre-cooked chicken
crumbled blue cheese, to serve
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, hot sauce garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
2. Stir in celery, green onions and chicken.
3. Season to taste and serve on top of lettuce wraps or in a wrap (I recommend some crunchy romaine in the wrap) with crumbled blue cheese.
Notes
Note: Lighten this recipe up using 1/2 (1/3 cup) mayonnaise and 1/2 (1/3 cup) greek yogurt- or use all greek yogurt!
