If you (usually) think, “tuna salad?! I’ll pass…”, let me introduce you to dill pickle tuna salad!
Made with a simple 4-ingredient dressing (mayonnaise, pickle juice, dijon mustard and salt) and packed with veggies, pickles (also a veggie!) and lots of fresh chopped dill, this tuna salad is so much more than slapping some mayo and tuna together and calling it a sandwich!
Dill Pickle Tuna Salad Serves 3-4

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Pickle juice
1 pinch sea salt
3 cans tuna (I like Safecatch albacore)

1/3 cup Diced red onion
1/3 cup Diced celery
1/2 cup Diced pickles
2 tbsp Dill, chopped (fresh)
Instructions:
Whisk together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, pickle juice and a pinch of salt.
Drain tuna, flake lightly and add to dressing with remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve.
