Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Pickle juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3 cans tuna (I like Safecatch albacore)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
  • 1/3 cup Diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup Diced celery
  • 1/2 cup Diced pickles
  • 2 tbsp Dill, chopped (fresh)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, pickle juice and a pinch of salt.
  2. Drain tuna, flake lightly and add to dressing with remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve.
