Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Pickle juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3 cans tuna (I like Safecatch albacore)
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
- 1/3 cup Diced red onion
- 1/3 cup Diced celery
- 1/2 cup Diced pickles
- 2 tbsp Dill, chopped (fresh)
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, pickle juice and a pinch of salt.
- Drain tuna, flake lightly and add to dressing with remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve.
