Ok, so you want to create a new habit. On last week’s episode, we talked all about overhaul overwhelm and the small change theory and why, when it comes to making changes in our health or any area– sweeping changes don’t work, it’s the small, incremental changes that really lead to big results in our life. But in order to make those small changes stick, we need to turn them into HABITS.
