Just like with nutrition- there is NO one size fits all when it comes to meal prep! I like to bust through the myth that meal prep is supposed to look the instagram image you see of all the little tupperware containers perfectly portioned out with all of the prepper’s meals for the week laid out, bodybuilding style. Been there, over that. That is not realistic meal prep for a busy mama who desires to live a balanced life!
