Ayurveda, known as the ‘science of life’ is an ancient holistic health modality encompassing everything from the food we eat to the way we move about our day. I’ve been fascinated with ayurveda since learning about it a decade ago, but I still have SO much to learn- especially when it comes to ayurveda throughout the life- pregnancy, postpartum, children and more- which is why I was so thrilled to have Elyse Wilke, Ayurvedic health counselor and doula, share her wisdom on how we can apply the principles of ayurveda to our daily lives, no matter what season we’re in.
