Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (see options, below)
3/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt
3–4 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (to taste)
1 cup milk of choice (more as needed)
Add-ins as desired (cocoa powder, etc)
Pineapple Blueberry:
1 cup pineapple + 1/2 cup blueberries
Chocolate Cherry:
1 1/2 cups frozen cherries + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Funky Monkey:
3 frozen bananas + 1/2 cup frozen strawberries + 2 tbsp cocoa power
Kid-Colada:
1 frozen banana + 1/2 cup pineapple + 1/2 cup mango
Use canned light coconut milk as liquid
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend well, adding more liquid until mixture is thick but pourabale. Taste for sweetness and adjust as needed.
Grease a 6-cup popsicle mold with oil or nonstick cooking spray (I use avocado-oil based). Pour smoothie mixture to fill line. Cover, place in freezer and freeze for 3-4 hours before enjoying.
