Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup almond flour

1 egg

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Form into balls and place on greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
