Onto the boxes!
Box #1: Deli roll-ups (ham and cheddar), dried edamame, frozen berries, peppers + a Nature’s Bakery fig bar
Box #2: Simple quesadilla with salsa to dip, grapes, carrots + coconut cardamom energy balls (these are nut-free, though of course they do contain coconut so check with your school’s regulations!).
Box #3: Cottage cheese as the protein, tomatoes, crackers, olives, sliced pears + a kids RX bar (not nut-free).
Box #4: (apparently into the RX bars, these days- I’m going with it!) Simple quinoa, tomato + basil salad, Vermont Stick mini meat stuck, clementine + a kids RX bar.
Box #5: Salami, cubed cheese, carrots with dressing (we love Primal Kitchen ranch and green goddess if I don’t make my own), freeze dried strawberries + Larabar (not nut-free).

Box #6: Pizza chicken tenders, plantain chips, carrot chips with ranch (same as before), animal crackers, grapes.
Box #7: Grass-fed beef hot dog with ketchup, cherries, cucumber + whole milk yogurt.
Box #8: Deli meat + spinach wrap, carrots, frozen mango, dried edamame, olives and mini fruit snacks
