I’m back with 8 more easy, real food kids lunchbox ideas (see my first post, here). I hope you find these inspirational as you gear up for packing your own kids’ lunches, this school year! For more on how we simplify lunch box packing, check out this post.

For my favorite lunch gear + accessories, check out this one.

Onto the boxes!

Box #1: Deli roll-ups (ham and cheddar), dried edamame, frozen berries, peppers + a Nature’s Bakery fig bar

Box #2: Simple quesadilla with salsa to dip, grapes, carrots + coconut cardamom energy balls (these are nut-free, though of course they do contain coconut so check with your school’s regulations!).

Box #3: Cottage cheese as the protein, tomatoes, crackers, olives, sliced pears + a kids RX bar (not nut-free).

Box #4: (apparently into the RX bars, these days- I’m going with it!) Simple quinoa, tomato + basil salad, Vermont Stick mini meat stuck, clementine + a kids RX bar.

Box #5: Salami, cubed cheese, carrots with dressing (we love Primal Kitchen ranch and green goddess if I don’t make my own), freeze dried strawberries + Larabar (not nut-free).
