Ingredients
2 cups frozen fruit
2 cups kefir OR 1 cup greek yogurt and 1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for added sweetness (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine frozen fruit and kefir or yogurt and milk in a blender. Add honey or maple syrup as desired for added sweetness.
2. Blend well. Divide between containers (we usually divide in 6-8 oz portions, as my kids are 5 and 9, but store-bought is typically 3-ounces!

We keep them up to 5 days! You can also freeze them into pops! Hope that helps 🙂
