Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
2-4 tbsp heavy cream or kefir
1 tbsp chipotle in adobo, chopped (more as desired for extra spice)
juice of 1 lime (about 1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all in a blender. Blend well, taste for seasoning and serve.
Notes
Dressing will thicken as it is refrigerated, however if you want it thicker, add up to 1/2 cup more sour cream or greek yogurt.
