Mango Black Bean Confetti Salsa



1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped seeded jalapeno
1/4-1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 large lime (more as desired)
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/21 tbsp honey (depending on desired sweetness)
1/8- 1/4 tsp chipotle or chili powder
pinch salt


1. Whisk together dressing ingredients.

2. Toss dressing with remaining ingredients. Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
