Katherine Herbison is a holistic health coach and safer beauty advocate based in Minneapolis, MN helping women let go of dieting and listen to their body’s needs. She works through an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size lens to help her clients reconnect with their intuition, develop an intuitive approach to eating and living, and be confident in the woman they are. When she’s not working, she loves finding the best coffee shop, baking sourdough bread, and watching Grey’s Anatomy with her husband.
