Ok, #realtalk. I’m all for creating goals for living a healthier life but we know 95% of diets fail (and you might have noticed yourself, they don’t last long!)
The CDC reports that 49.1% of Americans admit to attempting to lose weight in the past 12 months. If we are all trying to do the same thing, and it isn’t working for the majority of us (which it isn’t!) it is by far time to start opening our minds to a new way of looking at the situation and ditch that diet cycle once and for all.
