It’s been a while since we talked meal prep, around here…but it’s time! I get it – meal prep can feel daunting, like one extra thing to add to the list of things to do on the weekend, or during the week — and depending on how you’re thinking about meal prep, it can feel constraining – who wants to eat the same thing over and over again all week? But meal prep does NOT need to look like that – and meal prep is something that can bring so much more peace to our weeknight meals. In fact, it can be a really powerful form of self care – which is what we’re going to talk about, today.
