Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I prefer avocado oil)
- 1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
- 1/4–1/2 cup buttermilk or kefir
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp dried or 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tbsp dried or 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Combine all in a blender. Blend well, taste for seasoning and serve.
Notes
Dressing will thicken as it is refrigerated, however if you want it thicker, add up to 1/2 cup more sour cream or greek yogurt or reduce buttermilk/kefir by 1/4 cup.
