1 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free as needed) per 1 cup flour needed
1. Add oats to blender or food processor. Run on low speed (if blender is gradual speed) for 30 seconds- 1 minute. Shake and repeat 1-2 times until oats are finely ground.
Note: I prefer a blender for a finer grind; a smaller blender like a nutribullet works well, especially for smaller batches of 1-2 cups. For larger blenders like a Vitamix/Ninja, I prefer to make larger batches (4+ cups).
