Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/3-1/2 cup salted almond butter (or plain almond butter with pinch sea salt)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
optional: 1-2 scoops collagen for extra protein

Instructions
- Add almonds to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until chopped.
- Add dates, almond butter and vanilla extract and blend until combined.
- Form into 1-2 inch balls, roll and set in freezer or fridge for 10-20 minutes before serving.
Just made these today as part of my meal prep and loved them, and so did my 3 year old! My 5 year old isn’t much into nuts or nut butters but I’ll keep trying with her as well 😉
