Combined with some almonds and a hefty pinch of sea salt, and you’ve got salted caramel bliss- with only four ingredients. Salted Caramel Energy Balls
- Prep Time: 10
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 18-20 balls
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/3-1/2 cup salted almond butter (or plain almond butter with pinch sea salt)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
optional: 1-2 scoops collagen for extra protein
- In a food processor, combine almonds and dates. Pulse until chopped.
- Add almond butter and vanilla extract and blend until combined.
- Form into 1-2 inch balls, roll and set in freezer or fridge for 10-20 minutes before serving.
