Salted Caramel Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

1/3-1/2 cup salted almond butter (or plain almond butter with pinch sea salt)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

optional: 1-2 scoops collagen for extra protein
.


Instructions

  1. Add almonds to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until chopped.
  2. Add dates, almond butter and vanilla extract and blend until combined.
  3. Form into 1-2 inch balls, roll and set in freezer or fridge for 10-20 minutes before serving.
